Chinatown Food Ecosystem Mapping Project
Our team along with the Chinatown Branch Library Teen Council and local residents are documenting fresh food sources to understand food assets and gaps in Chinatown. The long-term goal is to develop models for a sustainable food retail presence in the neighborhood.
