Christopher Tenorio (he/his) is the Program Coordinator for Food Roots Nourish's Community Health project at APIFM. Born in Guam and originally from the Bay Area, Chris found himself in Los Angeles in 2017 in order to finish his bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Asian American Studies at UCLA. Since then, he has dedicated himself towards the collective effort of improving the lives of others in and adjacent to their respective communities. As CEC, Chris aims to work directly with the communities that APIFM assists in order to better optimize and refine outreach methods and community impact with sustainable goals in mind. He plans to further his education and continue to pay forward the opportunities, resources, and perspectives that were transformative in making him who he is today. In his free time, Chris enjoys improving his culinary skills, doing bodyweight training routines, practicing guitar, playing classic arcade games, and simply challenging himself to do, and be, better.
